Nail-Venturous~ Orange You Unique

Today I have another beauty from Amy over at I'm Feeling Nail-Venturous. This lovely polish is called
Orange You Unique and it is simply stunning! It has a peachy/orange base with matte glitter and it really is unique! What you see here is 3 coats of the polish on it's own and it applied beautifully and actually dried very quickly for a glitter. I used Sally Hansen Acrylic Top Coat as a "glitter tamer" and the finish here is smooth as glass. Another amazing polish Amy!!! Enjoy! xoxoxo~Rach

The orange base shows up a lot more in sunlight

Essie Armed and Ready with Ellen Gold~ Golden Sparks On Top!

Today I have a lovely combination to show you. I used Essie's Armed and Ready from the Go Overboard Collection and I really loved it. The next day I wanted to bling it up so I chose Ellen Gold in Golden Sparks for a top coat. I love how this combo turned out! I got the Ellen Gold from my lovely friend Samantha along with some of the other top coat "effects". What do you guys think? I love it and can't wait to use more of the Ellen Gold effects to jazz up more mani's!!! Enjoy! XOXOXO~Rach

Illamasqua Grab w/ A Dash Of Princess On Top!

My lovely friend Amy from I'm Feeling Nail-Venturous is quite the talented polish maker! Today I am sharing her creation called A Dash Of Princess. ADOP is large white, dark pink, translucent pink , silver and translucent holo hexes in a clear base with ultra fine pink glitter! I cannot even begin to tell you how gorgeous this polish is in person, I am completely obsessed with it! I layered Dash Of  Princess over Illamasqua Grab. This combination is pure perfection! As with all polishes that contain several types of glitter, you will get a different look on each nail. You may have to manipulate the glitters a little to get them where you want them, but I did this easily with the brush. I think the result is simply stunning! Amy is not taking orders right now, but she plans to in the future! Thank-you Amy for this beauty!!! Enjoy! xoxoxo~Rach

Here is a ring that I made with A Dash Of Princess! Essence Colour and Go in Lime Up! Is the base color

The Heart Truth {Nerd Lacquer Warrior Ethos}

A friend of mine in my FB polish group told us that today is National Wear Red Day in honor of Womens Heart Health. She asked if we would all like to join her in supporting this cause my doing red manis and posting them on our blogs. I chose my recently acquired Nerd Lacquer in Warrior Ethos! Warrior Ethos is a blood red jelly packed with black and irridescent micro glitter and sparse large orange hex glitter. I thought this would be the perfect polish to show solidarity with The Heart Truth, a campaign to raise awareness about womens heart disease. My best friend lost her mom to heart disease while waiting for a heart transplant so I do this mani and post in memory of Zora <3 Please take a few minutes to check out the website I linked and make sure you have a talk with your physician if you have any concerns about your heart health! enjoy! xoxoxo~Rach
